I go to bed at about 10-11:30 every night and get up at about 7:30 in the summer and about 6:30-7 during school, but Im always tired. I drink my coffee in the am but by the time its time to cook dinner Im soooo tired. I do a little cleaning thought out the day to try and keep up on the house. I dont do a whole lot but Im always tired. Anyone have any good advise to keep up with the house work and the kids without feeling wiped out all the time???? Anything will help.

I was the same way, and it's frustrating to get up in the morning and start declining right away..so by the time it's dinner time you can barely walk and think. Here is what helped me: I lost all the pregnancy weight, turned to vegan lifestyle, started swimming/more exercise, lots of time in the sun/outdoors, taking good multivitamin, drinking fresh juices I make at home, and even went to a therapist just to find out I am dealing with grief ( I lost my Mom two years ago). All of that which definitely seems like a lot has helped, and I did it gradually one by one. I hope you can try some of them, the difference is huge. You could be just exhausted from the daily routines or need a super relaxing day at a spa...I know I felt stuck for a while but it is very possible to find joy in the little things again. get your iron and thyroid checked out, stop drinking coffee and make sure you get out and exercise during the day. also if your iron and thyroid levels are normal talk to your doctor about depression.
