To work or not to work...that is the question!

Before my son was born, I was a workaholic and I loved it!...I worked right up till a week before I gave birth..,My son is now 9months old and as much as I love every minute with him... I miss adult conversations and the hustle and bustle of the city and want to return to work...

I applied for two jobs (1 full time and 1 part time) and I have been offered both...The full time pays well with plenty of opportunity to upskill and progress..the part time pays reasonable, but has no where else to progress to from the current position....The full time is for x5 9-5 days and the part time is x3 11-4pm days...I do not know what to do???

I left my son today from 11-4pm to see how he would be and he just cried and slept and cried and slept the whole time, until my husband came to pick me up. I really want to go to work, but I also dont like hearing about my poor son being so upset cause I am nowhere to be seen..Should I return to work at the moment?? Should I return to work at all??

.I also dont know if I did choose to work, which job should I take??

Any thoughts ??
