Toddler vomits when upset! HELP!

My daughter's a sweet, bright, healthy girl! BUT she is extremely strong willed. SO MUCH SO, that usually a tantrum is thrown when you say no to her. Sometimes if she's well rested, she'll let it go with a bit of a 'tude. If she's tired, she gets really worked up. Really worked up. As in, she'll throw up. She'll panic and cry so hard, she'll actually get ill. And it seems like the only way to prevent it when it's escalating to that level is to give in to what she wants.

Does anyone else have this issue? It makes me feel like a terrible parent, and is incredibly frustrating.

You need to find a way to calm her down before it gets to that stage without giving in to what she is having the tantrum about. Giving in will on make it worse in the long run.
You could try sitting on the floor holding her tightly and talking to her calmly. I would suggest that if you know she's tired and you expect a tantrum then stop her getting really worked up.
