where is she being watched? could be seperation anxity? could be that she hasn't bonded with your mother n law, it happens. different enviornments scare little children, then the seperation anxity sets in...
As the mom, sit down and communicate with your mother n law, ask her routine, and tell her that it's hard to understand... just be on the same page and no one's feelings get hurt, but remember it's how you approach it...

she is around you more so she is all about mommy, she will start going with her daddy soon. when my hubbs would come home i would have him give her a bottle, so i could just get a little break to throw clothes in the washer or even on rough days shower. my youngest didnt go to his dad until he was 4 months old or so, an now he goes running when he sees him. dont worrie it is normal.

that sounds like my daughter. she does the same thing. I see it as, it is a comfort thing. your daughter is comfortable with your mother, but not your husband's mom. It's probably normal. She will grow and learn to feel more comfortable with both as time goes

ha ha my baby did the same thing...give them time they will be fine. shes feeling what your giving off..your super comfy with your mommy and you interact with her like your mom does so shes naturally comfortable with your mom. i tried leaving them alone for an hour and that helped a bit but when i came back she latched onto me and only cried a bit....they will get it there family
