I have always worked or been a FTS. Now I am a new FTM. I have been a stay at home mom for the past almost 2 years to a beautiful smart outgoing 21 month old baby girl. I feel guilty for wanting to return to work and school. It is a mental self inflicted battle. Any advice! Help please! Serious comments and replies please! Thanks!

I understand you feeling guilty, but what you would be showing your little girl eventually is independence. If you want to get a job that you can do around her naps and that kind of thing is great. There are alot of businesses that you can do in your spare time. Being a Positive Discipline Parenting Educator is one of them. The series of books that Jane Nelson has got a whole traning program. There is also one that you can teach kids about nature. But, if you want to return to work start looking and find someone great to take care of that baby. Also I am a nanny and my boss struggled with the same thing, but I saw her not getting out with her children and doing things in the community. I hope you are doing that. Like play dates etc. Good luck with everything.

Do something for yourself. Start your own business that you can work from home during naps and after the little one goes to bed. I do it. You can too. If you are interested, let me know.
