We are taking our two year old on her first plane right this year and am wondering if anyone has any advice about keeping her and i sane. We have 1 connection and we leave early in the morning on the way there and around noon on the way back. Im just worried that shes not going to sit there for the almost 4 hour flight. Help me!!!

toy bag. My mom tells the grandkids it's a magic bag. DVD players work wonders. My 2 yr old loves being able to watch her fav tv shows on the road. And it's special cuz she only gets it when we are on long trips. New movies work well too. If they have never seen it they are more like to sit still.

make the carry on a toy bag...bring all of her favorites...4 hours should fly by!

on the other hubby and i are driving to Key West from MI....its a 27 hour drive that we will do straight thru...with a 3 year old!!! I plan on bringing lots of little toys...we did it when she was 7 months old and she was great....but we will seee how this goes now that shes 3...

hope that helped a little bit.
