I am the mother of four children 11 to 13-year-old identical twins and a 15-year-old I just found out I'm pregnant with another set of twins but this time fraternal twins They are doing April I wanted to know if having fraternal twins it is the same as having identical twins and if the pregnancy will be the same thank you

Whilst I haven't had the joy of twins myself, I have done quite a bit of research into them. Fraternal twins carry less risks in the womb due to having separate sacs, they are basically two different babies born at the same time. Term for fraternal twins is still at about 35-36wks, but preterm labour is still a very real risk for them, so take care of yourself during pregnancy.

Aside from that, every pregnancy is different. No two will ever be the exact same, so it is an adventure to look forward too.

Also, congratulations!
