I have noticed that there are some of us complaining about some of us SAHMs complaining... The thing is we are (technically) complaining but for the most part its just venting some of us dont have those other people in our lives to be able to vent/complain to and when theres a site like this available and we are assuming that all moms get where we are coming from so why not use what is available to us especially if you do have a man in your life that cant stand hearing it or you dont have a close friend to lean on or the friends you know dont have children and wont truly understand... I say let us just vent sometimes things just build and build and even if its something small that may have set us off we could have a bunch of other things that we didnt realize were bugging us until that one thing set off a whole load of complaining and venting.. I know that this happens to me all the time I cant say much to my fiance and why because he is one that calls it complaining and I must not like being a mom and yadda yadda but I love being a mom I just want to blow off alittle steam..So I say let it out..scream it out.. If someone is venting on feeling trapped maybe all that set it off was world war 10 of the day and they only are meaning for that moment I know I have thought holy crap over little stuff or if youve had to scream for the millionth time at the kids to knock it off yeah Im like wow Icant do this anymore... Instead of knocking something that you yourself knows to well about... just say must be one of those days..Dont worry we dont wake up the next day hating the world our live or our kids. Let it be!!

I made my own private group on Facebook for girls that I trust won't say anything. It's awesome because these are my friends/family.

Come over to Moms Who Need To Vent. It is awesome, especially for stuff like you are talking about. You just might get people agreeing with you more than complaining about you. lol

Im a huge venter and yeah it is very healthy to let it out or something very little one day will just make us explode and some of us could become maybe even alittle too mad for ones own good ...as for people complaining about our complaints I think its may be alittle ignorant just for the fact that everyone has been there at one point or another its nice to be able to vent to people that you would assume have been there done that.. I know that if I dont vent when I should little things bug the hell out of me and there goes not only my day but my kids day as well.... Ive been there Ive done that Ive hated my days Ive even disliked my kids from time to time for their behaviour but why not? We are only human...

Venting is healthy. I found the venting group here right away, and I check it regularly for new posts. Its not as active of a group as I thought it would be! For what it is anyway.

When you vent, you feel better. When I read your vent, I feel better. It helps me to know there are people out there I can relate to, who relate to me. Even just knowing I am not alone does wonders.

People who complain about complaints are funny. You can usually tell by the subject line what the tone of the post is going to be, so if reading complaints/venting isn't someone's thing, its easily avoided.
