He cries when he cant get his way, throws him self on the floor and throws things at anyone in his way. He's fighting and it's getting out of hand. He didnt use to act this way before we moved ,can it be that ?

Moving is hugely traumatizing to kids, let alone a baby or toddler. Do your absolute best to stick to what his regular routine was before the move and incorporate any changes that have come about.

For the tantrums, make sure he is safe and then ignore him until he is calm again. For the hitting and fighting, remove him from the situation and tell him this behavior (whatever he specifically did) is not okay.

Just be patient with him and keep things as routine as you can and be consistent with your discipline. He will settle back down again in a week or so.

All my kids started at about 15-18moths old with fits like that. It is just their way of learning their limits and ways to get your attention. I found the best way to deal with them, is to ignor them (when it is possible). I have also found it is best to get them into a quiet, safe room by themselves and tell them they can come out when they are done. My youngest is 2, and used to throw fits for over an hour. Now, when he starts, I tell him to go to his room, and he goes in for like 30sec, then yells "I'm done Mommy".
