As far as what to do with toddlers, take advantage of your community centers. They offer open gym times, library story hours, move to music classes etc. these activities are either free or at a minimal cost. Hope this helps.

Hi Shivali,

I have been asking the same questions before and have eventually found some answers to it so I wish to share them with you.

First of all, about loosing weight, I think all you should do is to eat healthily and do lots of "exercise". Eat healthily means good food and not too much snacking. Eat breakfast, lunch and dinner as proper meals meaning not too little that you will need to eat again soon after. That will cause you to eat more eventually.

As for activities to do with toddlers there are a lot of interesting websites with lots of great suggestions.

I myself struggled with this and these websites and blogs have helped me a lot in planning for activities with my toddler.
