Hi i want to know how should I lose my weight and what activities we can do with toddlers through out a day

You could also look for mom and toddler activities - like parent tot swim classes or mom and baby yoga.

Or look into getting a soft carrier. Using a carrier to carry your toddler on your back will burn more calories, engage more muscles and is something that most toddlers enjoy. You can go for walks with your toddler on your back, or do housework, go shopping, etc.

Go out for a walk or bike ride with the baby on the back of the bike. The weight loss will happened.
