My 11 month old was still on baby food as she did not have any teeth come through until she was 12 months. Now at 19 months she eats most things we do. Unlike most children she does not like pasta or rice so she eats alot of vegetables. Favourites for her are 100% fish fingers, chicken goujons, roast chicken, casseroled pork. Her favourite dinner is Sunday Lunches either Beef, Chicken, Pork or Lamb mashed potatoes, carrots, parsnips, peas, asparagus and any other vegetable. At 11 months if you child has teeth they can eat anything except becareful with nuts, and salt contents in food.

At 11 months they can really be trying just about anything. Some professionals advise us not to give them honey, strawberries or nuts before 1 year. The reason for this is that allergies to these foods are common in children and if they do have an allergic reaction, their body is better able to deal with it when they are a bit older and there is much less chance that any reaction will be life threatening.

At 11mo your baby can have meat, cheese, any type of vegetable, bread, cereal, just about anything that they can manage to eat (chew with their gums).

Finger food is important at this stage and most babies love feeding themselves.

If you know of any allergies then i would stay away from those foods other then that she should eat what u are Careful of hot dogs they are the #1 choking hazard for young children GOOD LUCK

My son will be 11 months old tomorrow (7-24) and he eats the same thing that we do, he gets table food, I just put it in a food processor so that he does not choke on it. He really likes it when he can feed himself at the table with mom dad and big sis. :)

As far as I know the don'ts are sposed to be nuts+honey until 1 yr or a lil older.
With my oldest, she was eating mostly the same things that we ate(table food) just in very small bits. And i would also buy her the graduates foods to fill any gaps that she had from being so picky at that age.
