music and a cup of coffee. or tea. or reading a chapter of a book.

Im a tony robbins adventurer, i gain my strength from the wonders of listening while reading a book to my child. Also steve linder has this wonderful experience takes 20 minutes and I also inspire people at the gym - kind of like biggest loser.
