What is the best way to stay active and fit with a 4 week old and an 18 month old?...any ideas?

take them for a walk to the park once or twice a week to feed the ducks - or you could take up swimming - they have a kiddie class that you can take them to while you go to yours - Or if you are like me and really hate exercise you can do my really easy fast flat tummy tricks :) just do a couple of sit ups a day and eat healthy food - and got back to size NZ10 from size NZ12 in 3 weeks :) Try and avoid a lot of high starch foods because they take ages to digest.. so cut out pastry's and white bread etc - really grainy brown bread is great (which is actually heaps nicer anyway) and limit your caffeine intake as it can make you gain weight - also don't have a huge meal at night before bed - try and eat earlier then have almonds or something as a snack before bed - they also say drinking with your meal makes it take longer to digest - but if you can have a couple of iced waters a day and your body actually burns fat when it heats the water to your body temperature. Tomato or avocado on grainy toast for breakfast is great! And yummy too and gives you enough energy to deal with small children..You are supposed to eat breakfast but I never eat anything until I have been up for a couple of hours - by that time I am actually hungry and not just eating because it is routine and my body doesn't need it yet.. haha hope that helps - I don't follow all of that religiously just do a few little things everyday and its worked so far.
