Our 1st daughter was always healthy but not on the "percentile scale" for weight. To make sure she had all her nutrients, we gave her a toddler milkshake ...Walmart brand is the cheapest and still gets all vitamins/minerals....1-2 times a day so even if she didn't eat lots, she was getting good nutrition. With our second daughter (who is one), if she doesn't want to eat we give her a danino yogurt drink and it's better than nothing :)

When my daughter was about 18 month old I got concerned about how little she seemed to be eating until I was told to look at my daughter's overall weekly and not daily nutrition.

Toddlers eat about 90% of their breakfast, 60% of their lunch and 20% of their dinner which is apparently very normal. If your daughter is gaining weight and growing and the pediatrician hasn't expressed any concern, offer her 3 meals and 3 snacks a day and she'll eat what she needs to. Healthy toddlers will never allow themselves to starve.
