Whats the point?

I do agree that some conversations are contrvertial but why is it when there is an issue that is important to people comes up it gets removed. Yes people need to stop getting so worked up and be a lot more diplomatic and kind but why is it we all have to just be quiet and not say what we need to.

i find it funny to see all these grown women acting so immature by jumping at each other starting drama and keeping things going...HELLO!?!?!?!?!? what kind of message is that sending your child if they grow up and see u doing this...dont u want to teach them not to fight and teach them that the world has many wonders and many paths to chose from?
anyways ya it does suck that convos get deleted but sometimes drama just keeps going and going that they have no choice but to delete it.
why cant people just say 1 thing and end it there...answer the post...dont fight with other moms because they say different...

I have been in many groups over the yrs & have always respected the rules set out many debatable things just do not go well. Remember behind every computer sits a person not unlike yourself .

Maybe it's because we're SAHM's and we're bored, so a little drama is like our own real-life soap opera? LMAO! I have to admit, it is sort of entertaining ;)

I think it's because some of the debate are too repeatitive (Im talking about spanking mostly)

Its like when somebody joins COM and rather then looking through some of the previous threads to forums they have joined to see if what they are about to ask has already been posted. No doubt it has been posted a million times.

I think the whole time I have been on COM, I wouldn't be able to count on two hands they amount of times religion/spanking/bottle-breastfeeding/nappies has been brought up.

I know what you mean Beck because Just a little bit ago I gave a genuine answer to a question, I was nice I was quick and to the point and that was it, then some lady comments towards me saying that i am wrong.

I did not comment back to her because I just find it so pointless anymore. I mean how is that helpful to the women who asked the question on the first place commenting and telling me Im wrong. All I did was state a fact about my child.

Some women just cant resist at jumping at their first chance to tell someone they are wrong in how they decided to raise their child.

But oh well, Just try to stick to the good conversations and just do the best you can to help people out. I guess thats all we can really do right?

its because people, especially women love drama! lol im not saying all women love drama so please dont take this the wrong way & remove this thread :)

it is dumb when you can't get genuine help because a choice few start up and complain and have to have a go at others for their opinion

Agreed. Plus, I think that people kinda enjoy the drama that some of these controversial issues cause haha.

I mean if all the conversations keep getting removed I am just not going to bother
