When my daughter was 1 she got up about 7.30am had breakfast and her milk and played until 12pm when she had lunch and smome milk. straight after lunch she would sleep for 2-3 hours. When she woke up she would get a snack and some juice then at 5.30pm she would have her dinner and at 6.30pm she would sit in her high chair whilst we had our dinner sometimes with some fruit or tiny amount of what we were eatting. If it was a nice evening we would go out for a stroll for half an hour. At 8pm she had a bath and then straight to bed. Hope this helps.

Now my daughter is 19 months old not much has changed for her routine except she only has an hours sleep now at lunch time.

Charlotte is 16 mths, so, if we're home all day, she is:

up around 6.30am, is changed, dressed and has breakfast.

Plays until about 9.30 or 10 then has a nap for about 40 minutes.

Has something to eat and drink and plays some more.

Around 3 she needs another nap, so if she won't go to sleep, we go out for a walk in the pram and she usually sleeps a bit in the pram, but sometimes she sleeps in her cot. If she pushes her morning nap towards 11, she'll only have the one nap. The more outside time we have, the less sleep she needs.

Dinner is a 5, then bath, then quiet play and read until 7.30pm, then into bed. Usually asleep by 8pm.

Lately, she can sleep all night, but when she's teething, she's up once around 11 or 1 for cuddles and a change and some pain relief, then back to bed once she's asleep. (this can take up to an hour sometimes)

My son wakes up at between 930 and 1000 he has breakfast then its playtime. Then we go for a walk with the dog in his wagon and either run errands or go to the park. We come home he plays a bit then has lunch then naps from 130-330 ( and I nap too LOL) then its playtime again but in the living room so he can run around more and I can watch my soap ( its my one weakness). Daddy comes home around 6 so hell play while I make dinner. 7 we eat then he gets one last bit of running around, then its bathtime and then we read books and I sing him a lullaby while I put him to bed which is normally around 930. He just learned how to walk and run so his schedule has been all over the place because hes been too busy thinking and practicing in the middle of the night, plus he just got two teeth so that hasnt been fun either.... but now its getting back on track

At age one, my daughter woke up between 7 and 8. Then ate breakfast and played. Then morning nap about 10:30. Woke around noon and lunch. Play time. Nap again around 2:30. Woke around 4:00. Supper. Bath. Bed between 7 and 8.

She's two. The only thing that has changed is that she has one long nap from about 11-2.

My son wakes up anywhere between 8 and 9 AM and has breakfast. Then it is playtime either outside or inside till 11 then a quick nap of about 30 mintues. Lunch is between 1 and 1:30. After lunch we play some more, some of it on his own so that i can get a few things done around the house. Around 3 he goes down for his nap and sleeps normally about 2 hrs. Dinner is between 6 and 6:30. More play time beginning to go into quiet play with books and toys that DON'T make noise. M, W, and F bathtime starts at 8, the other days we get into PJ's and clean up the toys, then it is snuggle time with Mommy, or Daddy when he is home till 9. He is in his crib at 9 almost every night. Very few days are different. We have had this schedual, except for time changes, since he came home from the hospital.
