When you feel sick most of day or just unenergized how do you clean and take care of family?

There are so many days when I am feeling ill and have very little energy or none at all. How do I get pass this feeling and take care of my home and family? I feel so disappointed in myself when I go the entire day and haven't completed anything. Also I find that I can't sleep so I oversleep the next day. Sometimes not rising until 12 noon but of course I'm not falling asleep until 3 or 4 in the morning. Please help what can I do to have better days?

Well, number one I would go to my doctor and tell them. You might need a multi- vitamin. Try Oneaday Vitamans! And listen, mothers have a 24/7 job. Its okay to take a day off. I am a stay at home mom and fiancee' is a recruiter and on the weekends he cooks breakfast and help out around the house a lot! If you have a man who works, its still his home too and can help out a little. But if you're over worked, you are no good to no one! But please go to your physician and get a check up and let them know how you been feeling. And also, even if you cant sleep at night, don't sit up watching t.v. Have a glass of wine or two, Lay down in the bed and let your body rest. Close your eyes and relax. But dont forget go to the Doctor!!! Good Luck!

Oh and on the not being able to sleep part. Take a bath at night and maybe have a glass of wine. It always helps me relax better. God Bless!

I'm glad I'm not the only one that has done that.LOL. Anyways start getting yourself in a routine. It'll be hard at first but like, make yourself go to bed like an hour after the kids are asleep because i'm sure you want some time to your self while they are sleeping. Then make yourself wake up the same time everday maybe try to get up a half an hour before the kids do so you have some time to get ready. I know when I dont take a shower or do my hair first thing. I just feel crappy and then I really dont want to do anything. Then once a week do something that you like to do. Like, I like to go get a mocha at Starbucks. I also go to MOPS(Mothers of Preschoolers) and hang out with other moms. They have daycare there so I'm not getting distracted by the kids. All moms need a break. Then when you have something to look forward too once a week. Maybe that will get you motivated because you have something to look forward too. I also try to read my bible every morning before the kids wake up(lately I've been lazy so I've been reading it after the kids wake up) but it just helps me feel better. If anyone knows what we are going through as moms God does. Jesus served his disciples and He's the Son of God. Anyways I hope this helps.
