I was breastfeeding once a day until 3/4 weeks ago and on the minipill also. My pill finished and havn't got a new pack so was w/out protection for the last 3 weeks. Last period started 25th april but then spotting started round the time i stopped b.feeding completely also bout the 11th may. Finished my pills 15th may, had sex on 14th, 21st, 25th and 30th may. I noticed a change in my cervix mucous it became like egg white on the 30th and 31st. I have read this is when u ovulate, could i have become pregnant? Also im seeing the dr this week on the 3rd to get a new pack of pills but not sure if i start taking these an im pregnant (very early stages) will it hurt or cause a misscarrage or am i best to wait a week until i can test if i am pregnant? Too early to test yet im guessing.

My hubby was the first infant in Texas to have lazer surgery because he had cateracts by the time he was 6 months old. His tear ducts closed over and without the lubrication of tears his the friction caused blood to run from his eyes. This is BECAUSE his mother didnt realize she was pregnant and took birth control until she was 6 months pregnant with him. At 36 he's as blind as a bat in the noon day sun. He grew up with all KINDS of health problems. Use a condom. Use TWO condoms. Do NOT go on birth control if there's a chance in hell that your pregnant!

not tested yet think il wait another week till next friday then if still nothing il ring dr. had a 55 day cycle last time so maybe just another 55 day one then maybe it will go back to normal after that who knows! Prefer not to get a IUD, i would actually love another baby now but my hubby isn't on the same page.

Get yourself tested and talk to your doctor. I'd ask him/her about the IUD. It's awesome! You don't have to remember to take it and you can't even feel it. It helps lighten up you monthly and you don't even gain any weight from it. I love it

WOW thanks Joy! I will tell the dr everything and will start taking the pills when my period starts. Thanks everyone! My period has been very irregular while b.feeding my first who is now 18 months. Does anyone know when ur milk supply stops once u stop b.feeding? I seem to still have some milk left but have only hand expressed a drop out of each breast out of curiosity! It took 7 months to conceive first time so not expecting a pregnancy really this time straight away but u never know. I wouldn't mind if i was, we wern't planning to have another one for awhile yet tho. Will let you know how i get on!

Tell your doctor at your appointment everything you told us here. Use condoms until you are sure you are either pregnant or not. Do not start the new pack until you are certain you aren't pregnant. Good luck.

I would wait until you have your period before you start the new pill just to be safe. Best of luck

Wait until your period to start your next pack. You are supposed to start a pack at least 1 day after starting your period. It sounds like that is ovulation, so if you had sex then ask your Dr to do an exam to check, but in my opinion it's far to early because it would mean you are pregnant as of today or yesterday. If you don't get your period make another appointment and get looked at, even get blood work ordered.

Good luck
