All doctors recommend starting baby solids at 6 months. Some people start at 4 months. I think that 3 months is just too young. The digestive system is not mature enough to handle it.

Personally I wouldnt give a baby, doesnt matter what age tinned/jarred food at all. I think they should have real fresh food, not stuff that been sitting in a jar for months. But at 3 months i dont think your child would be ready for solids regardless of which form you use. I'd advise you to get advice from you dr or pead.

i was giving my little boy food from about three months the only thing is though you just have to be even more careful with it as they are so much smaller and make sure that they dont get to much even if you think that they want more because it can make then consipated and give them bad belly but just take it slowly the best thing to do would be to give a little of whatever you are eating then you know what is in it
