i know that every parent thinks that their child is great at something! i just wanted to know what other parents were proud of their children for! for example my oldest son is 3 and he knows his abc's in ASL he knows his numbers thru 10 and along with my youngest they know simple signs like mom, dad, more, please, thank you, hungery, thirsty..... you get the picture.

you ladies both have adorable kids, i can't wait till my daughter can talk clearly like that. she already waves at and says hi to all kinds of people in the store though =).

i think i am most proud of her for being day-time potty trained by 16 months. i have had so many women compliment us when i take her to the bathroom. she is still only 17 months and when they hear that she hasn't had an accident in a month they are shocked!

she's just so awesome in so many ways though. she can say the ABCs with me and count to 10 with me and is starting to recognize both letters and numbers in print. also, just this week i started getting her to say please and thank you. she already completely understands when she's supposed to say please and will now say it automatically and is happy to say thank you with a little reminder.

All three of my kids are great, but my daughter is the perfect actress! She will walk into a room full of complete strangers and start singing to them. When she was just 2, we had a garage sale and she would tell everyone who came (and she spoke very plain) "thanks for comming to our garage sale are you going to buy something?" I think we sold more stuff that year than we ever had.
