I feel the same way, especially since I work full time before even getting to class. Unfortunately it is difficult to do so but stay motivated and think of it as an investment to your future and your childs:)

I went thru my whole last semester w/ the same attitude!! I found out I was pregnant in Jan. started my EMT-Basic courses a week later and felt like doing nothing. I just had to keep telling myself that this is what will help support my baby in the long run.. i must finish this to get my license and get a good job. The motivation was there after I thoguht bout my lil one. I graduated that class with an 82% and will be testing nationally for my EMT licesne next week.. just know what you want and go for it! Your daughter/son will be glad & youll be setting a great example for them int he long run!

Just keep yourself focused on the future and how finishing your schooling will be better for you and your child. Good luck with fitting in the desks, though, that was my biggest problem!

I know what you mean. And last fall I was a huge pregnant girl waddling to her classes and munching on snacks during lecture. lol. But, I had NO brain when I was pregnant, and, sadly, I have to re-take 2 of the 4 classes I attended. Do the best you can without pushing yourself too much. If you don't do well then know that whenever you decide to return to school to just "get back on the horse" as they say.

I went to school up until 4 days before my scheduled c-section. I had my first ultrasound on the first day fall classes started...so I was pregnant the whole year. It wasn't fun...but I managed. I spoke to my professors in advance to let them know my situation. Many were willing to work with me. My c-section was 4 weeks before classes ended. I stayed motivated by knowing that my daughter needed this and was looking for me to pull through in order to give her the best life possible. Now that she's here, I know that everything I'm doing is definitely worth it!! Just try to pull through...your child will be proud of you!!

I wasn't taking classes during the first trimester, but was during the the last part of the second and the entire third. Closer to the end of the pregnany it was harder for me to concentrate, but if I had been more disciplined I probably would have handled it a little better. I've decided that I want to finish my school before we have another baby. Having to deal with all the hormonal changes and challenges of being a new mom was difficult. The second time around, I think, will be easier, though. I am taking online classes, and that definately helps!! www.luonline.com

I remember waddling into classes at 8 months pregnant. It was hard enough without having other people passing judgement & nasty comments. I got by knowing in the end it would mean my baby could be proud to have a mom who did it regardless of how hard it is... good luck!

well i began school in my last trimester i know i may not have been able to do it in my first but its will get easier school helped me stay in shape while expecting and that helped me shed the after baby pounds. my daughter is about four months and im still in school. it was rough immediately after birth but it begins to get eaisier i am stressed at times but jus a small fifteen minute break works wonders for my stress keep at it you will feel very accomplished :)

I went to classes all the way until I was 8 months lol I barely fit under the desk it was so uncomfortable lol! But just picture yourself at the finish line with that degree in your hand and in the job that you want to have. Thats what I always think about whenever I was exhausted and didn't want to read and my baby was kicking my book while I was pregnant lol. Just stay focused and strong for you and your baby :)

Just remember that youre going to school to better the future of your child =) That gave me the motivation of going to class daily even when I was dog tired! Good luck!

I went to school the whole time I was pregnant. Its harder in the first trimester when you just wanna sleep but it gets easier. You just have to make yourself get up and go! When you make your school schedule make your classes around the time of day that you're less tired, if you can. It will be a lot harder to go to school when your little one gets here so take advantage of the time you have now...
