If you feeds him a more satainable dinner and maybe a snack before bed then he wont be as hungry during the night. some kids to wake up throughout the night long after other children do.

hey i had similar problem with my 10 month old.. he was feeding twice in the night, only ever touched about 2oz then was back to sleep. When he woke i would cuddle him back to sleep, before long he got fed up of waking for the milk and the cuddle! Be strong, you dont want to be up in the night feeding a 2 year old.. he will get out of the routine of feeding in the night if you remain persistant :)

You don't give him any milk. If he wants something to drink, offer a sippy cup of water, or a bottle of water. That's it.

set a routine before bed solids in the evening or late afternoon help and a bottle at bedtime. Maybe a comfort toy or nightlight so he's not frightened or disorientated when he does wake. Not every child is the same though trial and error.
