Losing the baby weight.

Okay, so, I just want some tips on what are some good exercises. It's been 14 months since I had my daughter and my confidence is low. I gained 70 pounds by having her, I lost 5 so far and I've been dieting and exercising for a month now. I just want this to go a little faster. Maybe like 7 pounds a month or so would work. :) I always hear it's better to lose it slowly, because I won't gain it back as fast. I'm just sick of this body I have. I am using Wii fit and my boyfriends NFL training camp lol. We do have weights, a shake weight, and a treadmill too. Maybe some healthier meals to cook? We cook dinner every night usually, but they aren't always healthy, but are homemade. :)

If you are looking for nice tasty healthy recipes try looking up www.tonyferguson.com. I found heaps on there that are healthy. Weight does need to come off slowly otherwise it will all pile back on. Drink at least 2 litres of water a day, no fizzy drink and limit coffee and tea. I am not sure what the conversion rate is but u should aim for only 1/2 a kilo to a kilo at the most a week to lose, no more then that. Good luck, the results are worth it. Just remember it took 10 months to put that weight on so it will take at least that if not many more to get it off.

Can you breast feed? If you do, the weight will come off and you don't even need to diet. Chasing a baby around is the best exercise!
