Im 18 , I have a 2 year old daughter (from a previous bad highschool relationship) and now Im with the love of my life now going on 2 years together and were expecting a baby together.

Im scared out of my mind.

I feel horrible because I can truely say my feelings for this pregnancy are a whole lot different than my first.

My first I was really excited despite my ex's negativity but now im just completely terrified and depressed.

I guess knowing how it was like with my first, gives me a very big scare and my boyfriend is finding it very hard to understand..

I feel a little excited because I dont know if its a boy or a girl yet but over all... I feel really alone.

Sweety dont feel alone. I was 21 when i had my first daughter and her father left the state with out telling me. My daughter is going to be 11 years old and I can count on one hand all the times she has seen him. My second and third child are both from my husband. I got pregnant with my second when my first daughter was only three months old. With my second daughter I got alot of slack from everyone telling me to get an abortion and so much negative feedback. My second pregnancy was full of anxiety and doubt. I was pretty miserable. I do know how u feel. One thing u can do is stay as positive as u possibly can and make the best of things. Try ur best to enjoy ur pregnancy and stay away from people that are gonna make u feel low and depressed. Its always a great idea to surround youself with loving and supportive people that love u.Your boyfriend may not understand but just let him be their for u and the baby. Its okay to express how you feel and vent. Your pregnant and hormonal. Sometimes we as women just want to be reassured that everything is going to be okay. Live in the moment and treasure all the mommy moments with your kids when they're small cause they grow so quickly. Mine are 10,9,8 years old and i have all girls. It feels like yesterday that I just found out I was pregnant with my first kid. lol:)

Well, I'm not expecting a second child yet and not anytime soon, but to me it sounds like I would probably be terrified and depressed too, because it's hard. I'm only a sixteen year old and my son is two, too. You're probably just nervous and it will be okay in the future. If you need anybody to talk to you can message me!

I felt exactly the same, but I was excited until I was around 7 months pregnant, then it started to kick in, all the what if's etc. Seriously chill out and enjoy your pregnancy. It's going to be fine :) xxx

im 19, i have a 4 year old son and i am 3 months preg now. i have been with the father of my children for going on 6 years off and on and i can tell you that i understand. i have practically raised my son alone and its going to difficult with another surely but whats done is done. i think of it like this, some women cannot have children and u are not one of them. i know with the raging hormones its hard to put on a happy face but you are a women therefore you are strong and capable. ur probably freakn out now but once u lay eyes on ur baby i guarentee itll all be worth it

Im 19 I had my first child at 18 now she is 10 months old and i just found out im pregnant again. I was not very happy as I was with my first I was really excited but now with this pregnancy im not all that happy because its going to be very difficult for me to do anything with two babies but I feel like our feeling will change once we get more into our pregnancy. If your boyfriend is supportive and helpful dont feel lonely because that means hes there for you!! You have already raised a 2 year old at a young age so you will have no problem with the next one :)

Aw I'm sorry I can't relate to you as this is only my first pregnancy but a good friend of mine is pregnant with her second child, her 1st is not even 1 year old yet and she always talks about her fears about how she is going to cope, and she is feeling so anxious she says she cant get excited, But I am sure you will forget all the worries and anxieties once you meet your little baby:) also you have already showed how strong you are by raising a baby at a young age, you can do it and I'm sure a lot of people will have faith in you x God Bless

It's so true, I totally agree with you! It's crazy how young they are one second and they grow up so fast. :) I look at photos of my son when he was such a little tiny baby and now he's growing up to be this tall little boy!
