my baby is almost 15 months old and wont walk. She is an expert at crawling zooms by and even climbs pillows and the handle of the sofa if sitting on the sofa. she can slide down beds and sofas and tries real hard to climb hum with those ting legs of hers. Another thing is that her height is 72 cm at this age and weighs 9 kg. Is that ok ? it seems her height and weight is at a stand still since her first birthday. She did fall sick a few times with the seasonal flu. Lastly she finally has one tooth coming out its her first !! others seem in line but we are yet to see the white.
Her Nursery (I have her in day care since I work) suggested that she should go for Therapy.... and I lost my calm there and then....
She will cruise... and walk holding both my hands but if i let go of one she wont last very long and she even pushes the wooden baby stroller... she does this for small periods and then gets on all fours and crawls
The walking then the weight and just one tooth combined makes me such a worry wort.... any mommies out there who have been through the same and survived ? im sure shes fine... i just need the confirmation... that im panicing for NO REASON
help!

If she's cruising furniture and walking behind toys then I wouldn't be concerned, it sounds like she just isn't confident yet. My daughter was 14 months old when she let go of the furniture, but she only started crawling the day before she was walking. Before that she used to scoot around on her butt. Now at 3 she's just fine and more coordinated then her older brother.
