15 month old still having 4-5am bottle

I have allowed this to continue for our convenience cause it means she will go back to sleep till at least 7am sometimes even 8/8:30, great for a weekend lay in! But really I should stop at this age ESP as I need her to start sharing a room with her nearly 5 yr old sister. Suggestions for the nicest way to do this with her?

Well, it depends. What time is she her evening meal? What time is her last feed before bed? And what time is she going to bed? I just ask because maybe it is too long between meals for her and she is a bit hungry?

Your child does not need this feed and by continuing you have made it part of her routine. I am afraid there is no nice way of doing this other than telling her to go back to sleep and leaving her to cry it out. I know this is horrible but she is expecting mummy time and a bottle and now she is to have nothing. The only way for her to do this is to take away the bottle so that she knows she is not going to get one and eventually she will stay asleep as there is no point in waking for a bottle that is not coming. Expect some tough times ahead until the penny drops that mum means no bottle. It will probably take about 4 nights of early mornings for you. Go in and settle her and tell her it is still sleep time and leave, let her cry for a while and do the same again and again until you get to an exceptable time like 7am. Do not get her up until 7am no matter how much she cries. Carry on doing this and her body clock will adjust and eventually you will be rewarded with a child that sleeps to 7am.
