3 1/2 year old son getting in trouble at preschool.

My son has been in daycare since he was a year old. We went through a biting stage that lasted a couple weeks and that was it. After his 3rd bday my husband and I decided to switch him to more of a school setting not just daycare. We enrolled him in a new school that's supposed to be a great learning facility and the first in our area. We had nothing but high hopes & the first couple months at the school were great. Within the last month or more he has gotten sent to the office, sent home and asked not to come back for a day for things like hitting, scratching or poking or even for play wrestling. My son is a polite, respectful, sweet and loving boy and we don't see any of this behavior at home or with his friends/cousins he plays with. We are happy with his teacher but not with some of the other staff. They ignore me and my son now and the owner just hands me a slip to sign when he gets in trouble doesn't look or talk to me. Should we switch schools or wait yo see if this is just a phase? HELP

SWITCH SCHOOLS! Even if your son is causing trouble there is no reason why the staff should be ignoring you. They should be helping you and him, not refusing to look or talk to you!
You may like his teacher, but ask the teacher for recommendations for other places, they will surely understand.
