A week without bottles and still won't use a sippy cup

I just joined today, and I did because I'd like advise here and there. I have a 13 month old. She only has two teeth on the bottom so when she wouldn't gladly use a sippy cup I was told you just have to take the bottles away so they'll see that's the only option and just start using it. So, since she doesn't have many teeth and I took her main source of food away for a few days (it was supposed to only be a couple fussy days before she gave in) I purée all her food and adding water so she gets everything she can from the food and enough water for each day. One time she used her sippy cup alone, with the spill proof valve in it. And then never wanted to again. So she knows how and has. But it's been a week of no bottles at all. She still won't use a sippy cup like normal, I have to take valve out and dump some water in her mouth. Yes, I've tried juice milk water, anything "tasty" she doesn't care, only wants to chew it of shake it. Idk what else to do. I took bottle away, tried different fluids. Nothing. Did anyone have a kid that after a few days of no other option than a cup still not take it and you found a way to finally get them to? I'm so tired of trying but I don't want a 2 yr old using a bottle, and since she wouldn't use a cup along with bottles, I took them away. She has always been VERY very, very stubborn. And yes, I've tried EVERY type of spout out there, tall cup with hard n soft spouts, short with hard n soft spouts, different shaped spouts, handles, no handles. Nothing is working. Every single mom I know could hand her 14 month old a sippy cup and they'd just drink it like a bottle till it was empty.

:/ yeah I'm beginning think think that but, she sometimes inst in the mood to even hold her on bottle. Just frustrating knowing she can do all these things and won't cuz she knows she has another option.
