Any ideas on what to feed a picky 15 month old?

My daughter is 15 months and so picky! She loves yogurt and blueberry waffles, will occasionally eat fish sticks and chicken nuggets, and will always take baby food. Its getting a bit frustrating that we are still having to feed her baby food to make sure she gets enough to eat. Any ideas on what we can try?

My son is the same way but even more picky! I WISH I could get him to eat fish sticks or chicken nuggets but he just gags on big things like that . He is 16 months! I have to get baby food all the time and I worry that is not enough.:( His diet consists mainly of milk, juice, and baby food! I'm going to be talking with his doctor next week to see what I can do. Good luck to you!

my daughter is the exact way and i thought it was unhealthy that she was not getting enough food! I talked to my pediatrician about it and she just told me that some days they will eat and some days they wont . she said "she wishes she could be like that because toddlers eat when they are hungry and adults eat because they want too !!"

but in terms of things to feed your child that actually might get eaten, its the simple things (craft dinner , small veges, or fruits), but nothing too slimy like potatoes or pasta . My daughter even loves salad
