Bite her back.

Don't hurt her, but make it pinch a bit and wait till she tries to move your mouth.

This lets her know what biting feels like to someone else and she won't do it because she won't like it being done to her.

Same for pinchers...pinch them back.

My son 4 years old now, had the same problem. Where ever we went or with who ever he played with he bit. So someone suggested that we start biting him back and it worked, cause then he felt the pain the next person feels when he does it. You don't bit her hard just a bit so that she can feel it hurts when you do it to others.
