Conceiving and relactation

I stopped breast feeding my toddler in May or June. For a long time after if I squeezed my nipples, it was like I still had something similar to colostrum. But then I noticed my milk ducts looking clogged. When I would squeeze them they'd unclog, but nothing else came out. I would do this every so often. I did this tonight and to my shock, the colostrum-like fluid is back. Now I'm wondering if this happens very shortly after conception or what? I'm really not sure what's going on. I tried researching possibilities online with no luck. Someone please shed some light on this ASAP!!!!

I stopped breastfeeding my last one 3 years ago and can still squeeze out some. It's normal and isn't a sign of conception.
