Constantly sick little girl :(

So my daughter is a 2 1/2-year-old rambunctious little monkey - she was 9 weeks early, spent one month in the NICU and no problems were seen in the numerous tests and exams she's had since her birth. She started daycare this past September, and although she had previously had many colds, ear infections, pneumonia, flues, etc. before starting daycare, they were never as frequent as they are now. On average, she catches 1-2 colds per month, or at least I think they're colds. She's been on antibiotics at least 3 times for bronchitis, bronchiolitis, pneumonia and ear infections in the last 6 months, but it just keeps coming back. Most people have told me that once kids start daycare they get sick often the first few months, but now even her caregivers at the daycare have made comments about how often she gets sick. I'm going to be making an appointment with her pediatrician soon, but I'm hoping this is just a low immune system, or maybe because her lungs were underdeveloped at birth and not something I should be concerned about. Anyone whose kids have similar problems, or any health professionals out there who can give me some advice? Thanks in advance :)
