Daughter is very 'irregular' since potty training.

My 23 month old is fully potty trained (pee, not poo). She has never fought the potty, and is actually excited about using it. The thing is, about 4 weeks ago when we began actively potty training, her bowel movements have been very irregular, and she has become constipated. She knows shes supposed to poop in the potty, and doesn't seem to be fighting the issue, it did take a couple weeks to get her to not poop in her panties anymore. But now I am wondering why she is having so many bowel problems. It's very hard to make sure she gets to the potty to poo when I have NO IDEA when she is gonna go! Plus, it's very hard on mommys heart to listen to her cry when I know she needs to 'go' but can't!

add apple juice to her diet and don't worry, things will work out, she just may have a nervous tummy
