my four yr.old son wont stay in his timeout chair.what do i do ?i pick him up pit him back in timeout he gets up plays with his yoys.he talks bk.and sometimes his five year old sister dosent listen to me when i ask her to pick up her toys.

If you want your kids to listen to you need you need to follow through with the consequences. When they get out of time out you put them right back and time starts over. There should be no reason why you son is playing with toys instead of being in time out. That is you not following through. If he talks back in time out you ignore and don't respond.
