does rsv cause lazy eye?

My child is 33 months he us been sick for 3 weeks started with congestion ,cough then vomiting after a week he developed ear infection.now he had rsv,with fever for 4 days,now his eye is out if balance Dr's told me is lazy eye becomes 9f the virus is this curable?.

I wanted at a pediatric pulmonary clinic and we had a lot of babies come in with RSV. That does not cause lazy eye.
My son had a lazy eye that we started noticing around 18mos. We just thought that's how he was. Til one of our therapist to check his vision. So we did and found out he can not see from close up. The reason why his eye would turn out was because he was straining to focus. If you catch it at a young age it can be corrected :)
