Stop allowing him to graze. When it is meal time make him a plate. What he eats is what he gets. If he did not eat much at meal time then don't feed him something else right after. Kids will go through ups and downs with how much they eat, but also don't set it up for him to eat whatever when ever. I do daycare and had a mom that was feeling bad when her son did not eat much for meal time, do would give him snacks right after meal time. Of course he was not going to eat well if he know the better stuff was after. Once she stopped doing that he start to eat his veggies and finishes all his food on his plate. It is almost like night and day. I almost had to force feed him just to take a bite of his food. I asked her one day if he might have a sensory issue as he was never eating. That is when she mentioned about the snacks. The next week it was like I had a totally different kid. I put the plate in front of him and he ate everything on it. Mom had stopped giving in.😊
