Hello, my 21 month old has eczema since he was born. It got better over time but now the humidity and son is not helping. His doctor told me to keep his skin moisture, that at first it might get red then it will be normal. Last night i showered him and moiture him with Baby Avenoo and this morning he woke up with rash all over and itchy redness which he haven't had for a year. Is there any other moisturizer i can try on him without causing so much rash or redness, from experience. Thank you

My daughter has eczema, too. I have tried so many creams, body washes, home remedies and the only things that are: Cetaphil Eczema body wash (and shampoo), Cortizone Eczema cream and California baby super sensitive baby body wash.

Try to avoid anything with a scent. A big trigger for my daughter (besides dairy and eggs) is scented laundry detergent. Avoid anything added scents.

Avoid soap for bathing. Use soft grated coconut for bathing. ( As soap and scrub). This will soften and moisturize your baby skin. Try it for 2 to 3 weeks for better result.
