hi, i am a full time mummy to my gorgeous 3 year old daughter katelyn, she is really energetic but i can't seem to get her to wind down before bedtime she just won't keep still shes always on the go, i would be greatful if anyone can give me some advice please

I don't see this as a problem... My three year old is the same way.... very hyper all the time, but he seems to be crazier and more wound up when hes most tired. He still needs a bottle of water to fall asleep, but he only uses a bottle at bedtime and must hold my thumb. When we lay down for bed and he has those two things hes out!

iv'e been doing this every night and ive even started walking her everwhere rather using her pram so it will tire her out, ive gave her a bath to wind her down before bed but nothing seems to be working :(

A stirct bedtime schedual might help. Maybe dinner, a bath, then reading books with you for a bit followed by looking at them quietly on her own. It might take some time, but once she gets in the groove and knows what to expect, she might be easier to settle.
