No, English is my best language. I think you write English very well, don't worry.

By the way, what language is that? I speak Low German (Plattdietsch) and it's close enough that I can sort of know what you're saying, but it's not the same.

yes her teacher said she could handle this, I must say that when they left school is always 1 to 2 hours to fall asleep, so maby it's best that I do her afternoon sleep and let her go but half days late I can give it a try thank you for your tip

greetings Davina

Wow, a full day of school with no naps for a 3-year-old? That's terrible. I have no advice then, sorry. :(

Elfrieda hello, thank you for the tip, but the problem is that they have full days of school so they do not nap in the afternoon to do more, weekends sometimes I put her in her cot for a nap, but this would almost no more and when she sleeps, she sleeps only 1 hour

Does she still take naps? To me it sounds like she's overtired. Instead of keeping her up later to try to make her sleep longer in the morning, maybe put her to bed a little earlier, or give her a nap.

For my 2-year-old son, if he doesn't have a good nap he won't sleep very well in the night, but if he has a nice long nap sometimes he sleeps for 13 hours straight that night.
