I was using luvs and I purchased a small bag of target brand diapers and I noticed small bumpy red marks on my daughter's inner thighs .she is not running a fever so I believe it is a reaction to the target diapers I gave her a bath and put calamine lotion on her .if it doesn't clear up I will take her to the doctor tomorrow

Yes my son could only use huggies and my daughter could only use pampers. Both had to have sensitice wipes. It was not fun, especially when they werent on sale.

I could not use any "cheap" store brand diapers on my daughter, she owuld get little bumps all over the diaper area. I could use the huggies, pampers or luvs though.

I havent, but I know a couple people that have had that problem, they changed diapers and one switched to cloth.

That happened to my cousin with her daughter, She was using pampers and her daughter broke out in this horrible rash, So she changed brands and the rash went away. She said that her skin was fine after that until it came to potty training time and she bought a pack of the pampers version of pull-ups and that rash came right back, she said as soon as she switched her to the actual pull-ups the rash went away.

This hasn't happened to me, but it did happen to my friend. Her daughter had a bad reaction to pampers. She had a horrible diaper rash. She wound up goign to the pediatrician and getting some cream. And of course changed diapers. Butt Paste works great for red irrated skin & aquaphore is good for dryness. Good luck.

i use luvs for my son and we've never had a problem with them. once we tried a brand from walmart called parents choice and they caused a big rash all over the diaper area. looked like the were making his skin raw!

My son used the "parents choice" diapers when he was really little...but then they changed the formula for their elastic and added latex to it.....he had hives over almost the entire diaper area from it. : ( I had to switch to pampers. He has had no other incidents since.

Hi Sarah, funny you bought this up 'cause it has never happened to me but, my daughter had the same reaction just last week. I have always been a huggies user and last week her daycare put different nappies on her and she broke out in these huge welts either side of her hips and they were so irritated and sore that she just cried... after this l used her twin brothers larger nappies so it wouldn't aggrivate the welts and it has been a week today and her welts are nearly cleaned up...Good Luck

I've only used the Luvs on my daughter maybe one other time when she was really little. I recently bought them....a sale.....but now her skin looks like she's breaking out in an allergic reaction and she also has this big sore on her left leg where it looks like the diaper is rubbing her skin raw! Has anyone ever heard of this? Obviously switch diapers I know...just wanted to know if anyone else had ever had this happen?
