Help! My daughter is 15 months old and she has a horrible sleep schedule! :(

I've tried to change this schedule for about a month and its not working! She goes to sleep at 6 or 7 a.m. And will wake up at about 1 or 2 p.m. I'm going crazy and when she does take naps there at about 10 pm to 12 am or 2am to 4am ugh. I was thinking of using chamomile products since melatonin is so frowned upon. Any advice please anything will help :(

Also she's getting four teeth in at once so this makes her even more miserable!

you should go see your pediatrician of you want to try products. that's the best person to get advice from when wanting to try something like that.
have you tried going for walks at a set bed time? i do that we go for a long walk come back take a warm bath after that i put cream on him (he is 2 years old and i still cream him every day) then i read him stories til hes asleep
