I'd stop giving juice also, even the all fruit varieties have a ton of sugar in them; even if no sugar was added, consider how many oranges went into a single glass - better to just give fruit. As suggested, just dilute it until she is only drinking water. When I got rid of my daughter's bottle, I also had trouble getting her to drink milk. I struggled for weeks, offering it at every meal, but every time she took a sip, she would just spit it out and give me a funny look, as if to say "this isn't supposed to come out of a cup, I get water in cups!!" I ended up asking my grandmother about it, as I was beginning to worry about her not getting any milk. Her suggestion was amazing and worked instantly; she told me to offer it to her first thing in the morning when she is hungriest. Sure enough, I did what she suggested and my daughter drank the entire cup I gave her without any resistance. Was so simple and logical... I was kicking myself for not thinking of it, lol. Hope it works for you too! :)
