Glad I could bring some attention to her book. Her website is pretty cool also.

Ya and believe it or not it's good and you don't even taste the spinach. her better breading recipe is good too.

I checked into it. Looks like a good way to trick your kids into eating good food. Chocolate cake, has spinach and blueberries in it.

I suggest checking out a book called The Sneaky Chef by Missy Chase Lapine.

http://www.thesneakychef.com/

her recipes are genuis. it does take a bit of time at first but so worth it. I have tried several recipes and the kids and hubby loved them all. and the genuis thing about it is they can still have mac n cheese, and chicken nuggetts. check it out.

I got my daughter to eat some veggies and other healthy stuff by using ravioli sauce to cover the taste, or by putting katchup on the food. sounds gross to me but it works for her

My son eats those Welch's Fruit chews and those have 100% real fruit in them plus, he drinks alot of friut juices. Vegetables are hard also, I just discovered that if you mix them with other food it doesn't taste like a vegetable. Like my son for example, he hates vegetables but, if I buy this frozen dinner by Banquet called Creamy Broccoli Chicken and Cheese it's really good.

Dont have chicken nuggets in the house, then there wont be a choice. It might take a few days but if you only offer healthy choices, he will give in and eat them. I frimly believe being a picky eatter is taught. When a child hears a parent figure say Eww no I dont like that, then they also choose not to like it. Ie my son loved peas until his stepdad said he didnt like them, so from ages 0-7 he eat peas from 7-10 he has never touched them. He also doesnt eat mushrooms now that hes found out his father doesnt like them, and wont eat chocolate because I dont like it (not that Im complaining about that one lol).
