im just started lossing my weight my wee ones two now but found when i got the implant out it started falling of me because contraceptive puts weight on but ive started zumba classies its great fun and im not one to do anything like that i really enjoy it and using the wii fitness board when kids are in bed x

i still have not lost all my baby fat frm my three year old, but i embrace it, i do yoga, and pilates, its no stress on the bones and helps get your mucles goin , before doing strenuous work outs. Swimming is also another low impact exersice i like doing helps work entire body without even knowing it. good luck

I lost 8 lbs. by counting calories and going for walks a few times a week. Exercise a few days a week and don't snack on junk food with so many calories are big ways to stay slim.

I stopped eating meat all together and I lost 30 lbs. Plus, I watched how much i ate through the day. If you're going to do this make sure that you take multi vitamins

I am using weight watchers online and it is helping a bit and I just do a lot of walking with my little one as she likes to be outside and go for walks
