how do you break toddlers from bitting? we have tried everything we know to do.

Bite him lightly back where he can feel it but not to hurt him.. just to show him that it does hurt other people and does't tickle.. my son will be 2 in may and he doesn't bite anymore..he doesn't like getting bit back..

seriously it can be a major problem. my daughter was biting when she was about 18mnths and a friend said to bite her back, not super hard, but it only took my daughter two bites to learn it hurts and to not do it anymore

My mom used to bite my sister everytime she would bite me when we were little but she was biting me so hard that I would bleed. Mom bit her hard and left a maek but she only had to do it a couple times.

I honestly do not think you can. My son is almost 2 and we still find him not as much but occasionally biting.I think it's something they grow out of at least I hope so. Good Luck to You.
