How do you make time to exercise?

I am a mom of a four year old and an 18month old and I also babysit a five year old everyday. I took them to the park today to walk in hopes of getting some exercise, but I couldn't even break a sweat because one kid was whining while the other was having trouble riding her bike. I would love to hear some different ways moms squeeze exercise into their crazy busy schedules each day. Thanks!

Try This!

Both their real-life experience and the latest fitness research suggest that low- to moderate-intensity aerobic exercise, while beneficial, is not the fastest route to leanness and overall health that many people believe it is. The real key to fat loss is high-intensity exercise, especially strength training.

join a stroller fitness class like stroller strides. The older ones can ride their bikes. The little one goes in the stroller and you can comisterate with the other moms and get some excercise at the same time.

I exercise when my son sleeps. Otherwise it unfortunately doesn't happen. We try to walk too and that often works if he is willing to ride in the stroller. I also drop him off at Kid Watch at the YMCA and exercise there. I know it's hard! I keep thinking that I am going to wake up early and exercise before he wakes up but it's easier to stay in bed.
