I have a 4 and a half year old son and 3 year old daughter. They drive me crazy at bedtime and sometimes struggle to fall asleep as they share a room. Any advice?

Using a divider like a book shelf or toy shelf to seperate them seeing each other is one idea. Also, a constant routine is key. Children and their bodies learn and it becomes habit. My daughter and I (She is 1 ) always eat dinner, play for 30 minutes, bath time, story time, then bed at 8. By ten til 8 every night she is almost asleep while I'm reading. You could also try soft noise music (classical or rain forest sounds). They are very soothing. Good luck I hope it helps :)
