Ladies I need your help. My daughter has never been a great sleeper, but lately she has been waking up at 2-3am screaming. We check her diaper-which is most of the time very wet, we change her but she does not want to go back to sleep (4 weeks ago we did not have this problem) She holds on to us when we want to put her back in her cirb. She also tosses her binky across the room. We live in one bedroom apartment and CIO is not even a choice for us. What do you guys recommend we do. Thank you in advance

Hi Amanda. We have had a bedtime routine since she was 4 months old. She is very inconsistent with her sleep. Sometimes she sleeps through the night and sometimes (like for the past week) she's been waking up crying and wanting us to get her from her crib. She also wants to be fed and screams for her bottle. She's not ill, we have taken her to the Dr. I don't how to go about helping her sleep through the night,

If she is waking up screaming and is very wet every time you may take her to her doctor and verify that she does not have a urinary tract infection. My two year old was waking up a lot in the middle of the night about that age too, but we started a routine of getting him tired before bed, putting to sleep earlier and reading a book to develop a happy soothing schedule.
