Leaving toddler at daycare doesnt start crying until 5th visit

My 2 yr old was fine at the gym daycare the first few visits. I went to pick her up on the 4th visit to find her crying hystarically. The other kids told me it was because her older sister (3yo) wouldn't play with her. Ever since then it has been a battle to leave her at that daycare. My guess is some kid hit her and the only person there to comfort her would;ve been her sister who didn't want to play with her. I've tried sitting in there with her instead of working out, I've stayed with her up to 30 min introducing her to the staff using "this is Ms. Melissa, etc." I just can't get her to stay anymore. When I do end up leaving the staff says shes fine after 5 minutes of me leaving. Its still such a hassle when I leave her it ruins my "excitment" to workout. I was abused/sexually abused by a parent's friend so even intorducing them doesnt make me comfortable. What else can I do? Any suggestions? Am I doing this right? I'm a SAHM who's hubby works out of state 3 weeks on and home for 2 weeks so this is very stressful having a 2yo, 3yo and 3 month old by myself with no family a limited friends.

Well you DO need that time to yourself. If she's fine after 5 minutes, I would just let it go. I know you must feel horrible, but having 3 kids under 4 is hard work. You deserve some you time. Also I joined a group called meetup.com, I've met A LOT of people there. I actually found a bunch of babysitters there too. So you could try that.....something fun for you and the kids and to get out of the house. Socialize with actual people lol.
